HELLO AND WELCOME TO ERICSWORLD.NET! Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Eric Carl Artherhults and I write stories for the young and young at heart.
LOHSIE'S WOODS, my first book, touches on the subjects of bullying, diversity, compassion and growing up. Hmmm... sounds like a book that can be enjoyed by all! In fact, I haven't talked to an adult that has read Lohsie's Woods that didn't share with me their own fond memories of growing up! It seems to bring about conversation... and that makes me very happy.
LURED AWAY, my second book, is a cautionary tale. It is about a 14 year old girl that runs away to be with a "boy" she met online... only to find that she has fallen into the trap of an internet predator. I pulled no punches in making the point that there is a big, bad world out there for those that are naive enough to trust everything they read in social networks. The subject matter is for high school aged readers and up.
Other stories are simply diversions from the chaotic world and the stress that goes with it.
AND NOW THERE'S PLUNGE...
Plunge brings back the character of young Art Carlson as he walks on thin ice in search of adventure... and finds it!
